What we process and why

Visiting the site

When you load a page, our servers receive your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent. We use this to deliver the site, keep it secure and limit abuse (for example, too many form submissions from one address). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). IP addresses used for rate limiting are held in memory for at most one hour; server logs are kept only briefly for security and troubleshooting.

Forms

When you request a stock or chain, tell us what you want to build, or register interest as an Authorised Participant, we store what you enter: for example your name, organisation, email address or Telegram handle, and your message. We use it only to reply and follow up with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Submissions are never shown publicly. We keep them while we are in contact with you and delete them no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

If you give a Telegram handle, we may contact you on Telegram, whose own privacy policy then applies to that conversation.

Wallets and onchain data

This site does not connect to your wallet. Token data shown on the site is read from public blockchains, which are public by design.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If you pause the site's motion, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage on your device; it is never sent to us.

Who receives it

The site is hosted by Fly.io, Inc. on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, which processes the data above on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Fly.io is a US company; where data may be accessed from outside the EEA, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires us to.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). To use any of these rights, email hello@s01issuer.com.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one where you live or the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
