Companies
Your stock, onchain. Your listing, unchanged.
Investors can hold a token tied to your stock in their own wallet, at any hour, and use it across onchain apps. You issue nothing new and your listings don’t change.
What your stock gains
At any hour.
Tokens move wallet to wallet on any day. Contracts are live on five chains.
In the apps already live.
11 third-party products use ST0x tokens today: trading venues, a lending market, vaults and a portfolio app.
Proof anyone can check.
Every token traces back to a mint with a receipt onchain. See the latest receipts.
What doesn’t change
Your register and your share count. Token holders hold a claim on S01 Issuer GmbH, not shares on your register, with no voting rights and no part in shareholder meetings.
Who can hold it: the tokens are offered under S01’s approved prospectus in the EEA states set out under eligibility.
Your corporate actions: how splits, mergers, name changes and dividends reach token holders is set out under corporate actions.
How it works
Your stock becomes an onchain building block: held in wallets, moving at any hour, and open to any builder to integrate without asking. Each venue and lending market decides what it lists.
S01 tokenises shares already on the public market.
Your company issues nothing new and your listing doesn’t change.
The token stays tied to your share.
Authorised Participants, firms S01 onboards to mint and redeem directly, mint against delivered shares and redeem for shares.
The ecosystem builds on it.
Venues, lending markets and apps can list ST0x tokens without asking. See the ecosystem.
Example: COIN today
wtCOIN, the form whose balances don’t change with splits, is live in 10 of 11 third-party products, and is accepted as collateral in a lending market: Aerodrome, CoW Swap, Euler, Hydrex, ICHI, KyberSwap, Relay, Uniswap, Velora (ParaSwap), Zerion.
Shown as an example token. It does not mean Coinbase Global Inc takes part in or endorses ST0x.
Bring your stock onchain
Talk to us and we’ll plan with you which chains and venues to bring your stock to first, and whether a liquidity budget fits. Tell us about your company and what you want to achieve. Our team follows up on Telegram, or by email if you give only an email.
What you bring
Shares, or a liquidity budget, or both.
Shares: existing shares, delivered from a broker account by an onboarded Authorised Participant through primary issuance, in exchange for newly minted tokens.
A liquidity budget: tell us if you’d bring one; we agree the terms with you.
